She assists public agencies, private companies and individuals with projects relating to any aspect of the past, specializing in the natural and built environments and in historical research and writing for diverse purposes. She helps clients by navigating administrative and policy negotiations, completing planning and compliance documents, preparing evidence and expert reports for litigation, and by researching, evaluating and interpreting historical developments. From litigation support to cultural resource management, Hagen has the knowledge and experience to ensure the success of clients' projects.
Delia Hagen meets the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards for History and Architectural History (detailed in 36 CFR 61 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966). She has completed public history projects and/or is listed as a qualified historic consultant in Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and California.
